For any questions please send me a direct message. I will update the thread with only important developments and announcements now.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [INT] IntelliCoin | 2 WEEKS POW! | IntelliApp | InSign on: August 23, 2014, 10:41:34 PM
We have decided to not hose the second round due to a negative response for the same. The only reason we were hosting another round of funding was for the coin, and not for us. I will now post only important announcements. If you wish to ask something, please contact me through a message.

We will update this post once a proper decision is taken.

how do you change my int for inl?

also allcoin.com is down.

In the next 2-3 days INL will be listed on Bittrex, and you will be able to exchange INT for INL.

I really had faith in that, but i can see already 2 way how this dev would have make money on us, and this next ICO seems weird.
13BTC of a 500 sat coin makes a lot of growth margin if product are delivered, complaining it's not enough is surrealistic.

I agree. Just buy your own coin then keep delivering what you promised. From there you can slowly sell off as the price increases.

I am sorry if you guys think that way. I obviously cannot say anything to defend myself on this , but if we wanted to do this we could have simply invested Bitcoins in the previous presale we had.
the thing is you have to adjust that exchange rate to 1:1
that way you can still do a 30% ICO/IPO + the about 35% that are already out make 35% for POW

The second phase will see around 30% of INL.
We currently have around 5 million INT in circulation, and at the price of 0.0000080 BTC/INT , the market cap is around 46 BTC including the extra 12.5% offered. This will be merged with the new market cap of INL. If we raise 100 BTC, then the exchange(of INT/INL) will consist of half the INL coins, and this will not be contributing to the developer fund. The developer funds will primarily come from the other half.
Basically INT will become a subset of INL, interms of market cap.

Shouldn't there be some incentive for early adopters?  Sad

As an incentive all INT holders will be getting an extra 12.5% only by exchanging INT for INL.

Do you guys realize that there is not enough information on the new coin?

Yes. Tonight we will be drafting a proper white paper and will be releasing a detailed timeline.

Do you also realize that lately all the coins which were scam had an ICO and even provided screenshot?

This was not a good news.

We will not be providing screenshots, but a complete working website implementing it.

Sorry for the delay on posting this announcement. I wanted to make sure that everyone on the team reviewed the update before posting....

Before you start the ICO. Please prove that IntelliApp or InSign actually exists. Otherwise it will fail big time.

Yes, As promised, we will release InSign in the middle of the ICO(around the end  of the month), so people can decide.

I am sorry for the delay in posting the announcement. I just got up, and waiting to hear from others.
The announcement will  be posted in the next 2-3 hours.
The Website is online and fine. The Site hosting the block explorer sent us an email regarding the server maintenance, and should be up shortly.
Thank you and Sorry once again to keep you all waiting.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [INT] IntelliCoin | 2 WEEKS POW! | IntelliApp | InSign on: August 23, 2014, 06:56:07 AM
only 2 million coins these should be atleast 3k-2k sat ea  Angry

For the dev: Just wondering, have you checked the legality regarding digital signatures? Like, will this sort of coin-deposit signature be considered legally binding? or is it just going to be specified in the contract that proof of the deposit of INT is equal to a signature?

Its the legality part, which we are in the process of confirming before launching this. In the real world, a signature can be easily forged, but it is extremely difficult to do that in the digital world, unless someone is able to hack your email. This makes digital signatures a better option for the same purpose.
We also have an important upcoming announcement, that we will make in the next couple of hours.

curious what InSign would look like.  Roll Eyes

InSign, will be more of a website for contract signing, where the signature will be a transaction on the block chain. Just like a contract involves multiple parties, the contract sender will be able to upload the contract, which will then be emailed to the signer, who will review the contract and send a unique INT amount to a unique address instructed in the email. This transaction will indicate that the contract has been signed.

still not understand at all.  a platform like counterparty coin?

maybe we have to wait and see.

Here is the front end part of Insign(currently unoperational) : http://intellicoin.me/pod.html
So basically, the sender will be filling in the details and uploading the contract. Now a unique address and an amount will be generated and sent to the signer.
After the signer sends that amount to the address, the contract will be considered signed.

What's to stop someone else from finding out the INT amount and sending it to the specified address, which in effect will be like forging a signature?

The INT amount and the address will be sent only through the email, thus ensuring that only the signer , and the website are aware of the amount.

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [INT] IntelliCoin | 2 WEEKS POW! | IntelliApp | InSign on: August 19, 2014, 08:00:57 PM
Please note there is no affiliation with MIT on this, and I have been requested to remove any MIT affiliation from this.
I will be posting updates on it soon.

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [INT] IntelliCoin | 2 WEEKS POW! | IntelliApp | InSign on: August 19, 2014, 02:57:56 PM
100% Legit.

I contacted MIT and this was the reply.

Quote
After speaking with the site's owner, it looks like this is an altcoin project that was started this summer by a small group of MIT students.

I hope this helps.

Apologies to the MIT devs/students for making waves, but with the amount of scams going on lately, this was crucial.

Its understandable. But we have decided to just run the intellicoin.me site further. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [INT] IntelliCoin | 2 WEEKS POW! | IntelliApp | InSign on: August 19, 2014, 02:25:59 PM
An update. The link to the new Block Explorer has been added in the initial post.
We have also removed the site on the mit domain due to lot of noise. A reminder, the project is in no way related to MIT its just students who are doing the development.
